Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using the MyAutoReply platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MyAutoReply ("we," "us," or "our").
Description of Service
MyAutoReply is a WhatsApp Business API platform that provides:
- WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) connection and management via Meta's official Cloud API
- A unified inbox for receiving and sending WhatsApp messages
- Automated reply flows, chatbot configuration, and message templates
- Team collaboration tools including agent assignment and conversation labeling
- Analytics and reporting for WhatsApp Business communication
Eligibility & Account Registration
To use MyAutoReply, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
- Have a valid WhatsApp Business Account registered with Meta
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
WhatsApp Business API Usage
By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account, you acknowledge that:
- Your use of WhatsApp through MyAutoReply is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
- You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from contacts before messaging them
- You must comply with all applicable messaging regulations in your country
- Meta may suspend or terminate WhatsApp access for policy violations independent of MyAutoReply
⚠️ Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or violating Meta's policies may result in your WhatsApp Business Account being banned. MyAutoReply is not responsible for Meta's enforcement actions.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use MyAutoReply to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or phishing content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Harass, threaten, or harm individuals
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Fees & Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
- Taxes may apply depending on your location
Intellectual Property
The MyAutoReply platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by MyAutoReply and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.
You retain ownership of your data and conversation content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely for service delivery purposes.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAutoReply shall not be liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Loss of data or messages
- Actions taken by Meta regarding your WhatsApp Business Account
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time:
- You may cancel your subscription through your account settings at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations without prior notice
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
