When you use MyAutoReply, we collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: Your name, email address, and business details when you register.
- WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) Data: Phone Number ID, Business Account ID, and access tokens obtained through Meta's authorization flow.
- Message Content: WhatsApp messages sent and received through connected business accounts for the purpose of displaying them in the inbox and enabling automated replies.
- Contact Information: Names and phone numbers of customers who message your WhatsApp Business number.
- Usage Data: Log data, feature usage, and performance information to improve the platform.
How We Use Platform Data
We use the information collected exclusively to provide and improve the MyAutoReply service:
- Display incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages in the unified inbox
- Enable automated reply flows and chatbot sequences
- Route conversations to appropriate team agents
- Generate analytics and performance reports for your account
- Send notifications and platform alerts to your registered email
- Authenticate your WhatsApp Business account via Meta's OAuth flow
We do not use your WhatsApp Business Platform Data to train AI models, serve advertisements, or sell to third parties under any circumstances.
WhatsApp Business Data
MyAutoReply integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform. By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account, you authorize MyAutoReply to:
- Access your WhatsApp Business Account information (name, phone number, business profile)
- Send and receive WhatsApp messages on behalf of your business
- Manage message templates and automated flows
- Access conversation history for inbox management purposes
This data access is governed by Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and our obligations as a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to outside parties except in the following limited cases:
- Meta Platforms: As required to operate the WhatsApp Business API integration
- Service Providers: Infrastructure and hosting providers (under strict data processing agreements)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Access tokens stored with encryption at rest
- Role-based access control for team accounts

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account or close your MyAutoReply account:
- Access tokens are revoked immediately
- Conversation data is deleted within 30 days of account closure
- Backup data is purged within 90 days
